Mango Graham de Leche
Yield: 5 pcs 500ml tub
Recipes:

Leche Flan:
5 large eggs
1 large condense milk
1 large evap milk
1 tbsp vanila

Graham mixture:
2 chilled all purpose flour
1 large chilled condense milk
Graham crackers
Graham crumbs for toppings
Fresh ripe mangoes

5 tbsp white sugar for caramel

Procedure:
1. In 5 large llaneras, melt 1 tbsp white sugar until it turns golden brown.
2. Combine the 5 whole eggs, evap milk and condense milk as well as vanilla. 
3. Sift the leche flan mixture 4-5 times for smoother outcome.
4. Steam the leche flan mixture for at least 45-50 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Then, set aside and allow it to cool completely.
5. For the graham mixture. Beat the chilled all purposed cream and condense milk until it doubles the volume. 
6. Assemble the first layer graham crackers on 500ml disposal tupper. 
7. Add the cream mixture about 2-3 tbsp until it's fully covered. Add 4 or more slices or fresh mangoes. 
8. Add another layer or graham cracker. Then add another set of cream on top until fully covered. 
9. Finally add the cooled leche flan on top. 
10. Optional but you can add fresh mangoes and graham crumbs for more appetizing outcome. 
11. Chill and enjoy this yummiest dessert.
